In this article, you will learn how to join a channel to "Talk and Listen" as a User via the Portal.

Steps to Join a Voice Channel in Your Customer Portal:
- Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login.
- Select the "CHANNELS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select "JOIN" to the right of the channel you would like to join.
- Once you are in the channel you can press and hold "PUST TO TALK" button in the tab or on top of the screen to send voice messages to the channel.
- While you are in the channel, you will be able to hear communications from your computer as well.
- You can always join another channel from the Portal if you would like to send or hear the communications from different channels.
