In this article, you will learn what information the "BEACONS" tab displays on the Customer Portal.
All users signed in to the Customer Portal can access the beacons tab; however, only Admins and Installers will be able to make edits to the beacon details. To change user permissions, refer to the How to Add, Edit and Remove Users article for assistance.
From the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com), you can navigate and view the "Beacons" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
On this tab, you can review and maintain your beacon health by looking for out-of-date firmware, battery life, and recent check-ins. When a beacon has a problem with any of these, it will be displayed as a warning or critical condition. Hovering your mouse over the line item will reveal a tool tip describing what fixes are needed.
