In this article, you will learn how to create a Voice channel in the Customer Portal.
Steps to Add a Voice Channel in Your Customer Portal:
- Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login.
- Select the "CHANNELS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select "ADD CHANNEL" towards the top right of the screen.
- Enter a name for the channel.
- Select "CREATE".
- In the Channel, click "ADD LANGUAGE".
- Select the Language and click "ADD LANGUAGE" to add a device group.
