How to Create a Channel

In this article, you will learn how to create a Voice channel in the Customer Portal.


Steps to Add a Voice Channel in Your Customer Portal:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login.
  2. Select the "CHANNELS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Select "ADD CHANNEL" towards the top right of the screen.
  4. Enter a name for the channel.
  5. Select "CREATE".
  6. In the Channel, click "ADD LANGUAGE".
  7. Select the Language and click "ADD LANGUAGE" to add a device group.
