How to Confirm the React Mobile Device is Charging

In this article, you will learn how to confirm if the React Mobile LTE/Wi-Fi Device is charging.

 

When the the device is plugged into a working charger, the React Mobile logo will be backlit by a color indicating its battery status. Buttons with low or high battery levels will continuously display a red or green color respectively.

 

How To Confirm the React Mobile Device is Charging

  1. Ensure the charging cable is plugged into an outlet or working charger.
  2. Be sure the magnetic prongs of the charger connect, or "snap", on to the charging connectors on the button.
  3. Confirm you hear the battery charging tone, which sounds like a dull guitar string.
  4. When the button is connected to a charger, the React Mobile logo will be backlit by a color depending on the status:
    • If the button's battery is dead when plugged in, the LED light will flash red several times.
    • If the LED light is solid green, this indicates the device has over %40 battery and charging.
    • If the LED light is solid yellow, this indicates the device has between %20 to %40 battery and charging.
    • If the LED light is solid red, this indicates the device has less than %20 battery and charging.
