Steps to Check the Signal Strength for the React Mobile Nexus Device via the Customer Portal:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login.

  2. Select the Devices tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. Underneath the column labeled 'RSSI' (Received Signal Strength Indicator) you will see a 4-bar visual for the devices' signal strength (0 - 4 bars). Hover your mouse over the signal visual for the RSSI value.
