Steps for Power-Cycling or Resetting the React Mobile Nexus Device:
- Make sure the device is powered on and charged.
- Press and hold down the main (primary) button and the side (function) button for 5 seconds.
- The LED will turn white and the device will say "Power off".
- The device will show a solid white light while it is powering down.
- After the button powers down, you will need to manually restart it by pressing and holding down the side (function) button for at least 5 seconds. The LED indicator will show white to indicate the button is powering on. Once the button is on, the LED will turn blue to confirm once it has made a signal connection. At this point the React Mobile Nexus Device is on and ready to use.
Important: if a panic button is powered down while it is in an active alert status, the button will restart automatically.
