This article explains how to power-cycle or reset the React Device by holding the main and side buttons for 5 seconds until the LED turns white and the device restarts, taking about 1 minute to come back online.

Steps for Power-Cycling or Resetting the React Device:

  1. Make sure the device is powered on and charged
  2. Press and hold the main and the side button for 5 seconds
    1. You will see the LED goes white and device text to speech "Restarting"
    2. Device will have solid white light while it's restarting.
  3. After the reset, it will take about 1 minute for it to come back online.
