How to Register an LTE/Wi-Fi Button Using the React Mobile Hospitality Application

In this article you will learn how to register an LTE/Wi-Fi Button Using the React Mobile Hospitality Application.

To access the SCANNER Tab in the React Mobile Hospitality application, you must be an Admin or Installer User. If you are not a User with these permissions, please reach out to an Admin User.

To register devices, devices must be charged, running with a React Mobile Firmware and within Bluetooth range.

1. Login to React Mobile Hospitality Application as an Admin or Installer.
2. Go to SCANNER tab.
3. On the top left corner of the screen, tap SHOW BUTTONS.
4. Tap the "ALL BUTTONS" filter and set it to "UNREGISTERED".
5. Tap "REGISTER BUTTONS".
   1. This will bring a new screen. Read the instructions carefully and enter a Prefix.
6. Tap "REGISTER ALL".
7. Application will go through each device and register them to your Portal.
   1. If any of them fails, you will be able to see it on this screen. Please confirm the amount of devices you are trying to register and total that succeeded.
