To send a voice message through the React device, ensure the button is charged and connected to a channel. Press and hold the React Mobile logo button, speak after hearing the Talk Permit Tone, then release the button to hear the outgoing voice stop tone, ending the transmission.
Steps for Sending a Voice Message Through the React Device:
- Confirm the button is charged and connected to a channel on your Customer Portal.
Press and hold the React Mobile logo button.

- Once you hear the Talk Permit Tone (TPT), the line is open and you are free to speak into the button. The communications will be heard by every person in the same channel.
- Release the React Mobile logo button once you are finished. You will hear the outgoing voice stop tone confirming the line is no longer open.
