Using the React Device for Two-Way Voice

To send a voice message using the React device, ensure the button is charged and connected to a channel, press and hold the React Mobile logo button, speak after hearing the Talk Permit Tone, and release the button when finished to hear the outgoing voice stopped tone.

Steps for Sending a Voice Message Through the React Device:

  1. Confirm the button is charged and connected to a channel on your Customer Portal.

  2. Press and hold the React Mobile logo button.

  3. Once you hear the Talk Permit Tone (TPT), the line is open, and you are free to speak into the button.
  4. The communications will be heard by everyone in the same channel.
  5. Release the React Mobile logo button once you are finished. You should hear the outgoing voice stop tone, confirming the line is no longer open.
