In this article, you will learn what information the "DEVICES" tab displays on the Customer Portal.

All users signed in to the Customer Portal can access the devices tab; however, only Admins and Installers will be able to make edits to the device details. To change user permissions, refer to the How to Add, Edit and Remove Users article for assistance.

From the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com), you can navigate and view the "Devices" tab on the left hand side of the screen.

Depending on your solution, devices include: LTE buttons, LoRa buttons, smart devices paired with bluetooth buttons, and responder devices.

On this tab, you can review and maintain your device health by looking for out-of-date firmware, battery life, and recent check-ins. When a device has a problem with any of these, it will be displayed as a warning or critical condition. Hovering your mouse over the line item will reveal a tool tip describing what fixes are needed.
