In this article, you will learn what single sign on (SSO) authentication is.
Single sign on (SSO) is an authentication method that allows users to log in to multiple websites and applications with one set of credentials. SSO works by using a token from the initial authentication to give users the impression of using a one-time password. For example, using your Microsoft or Google credentials given by your employer to login to our system.
In order to activate single sign on authentication, your IT department will need to add the below URLs to their allow list:
- reactmobile.com
- reactmobile-infra.net
- pusher.com
Alternatively, if your domain or company does not allow for SSO, you will have the option to create a password on the React Mobile Customer Portal, this allows you to create credentials specific to accessing the React Mobile platform. For more assistance, refer to the How to Login to the React Mobile Customer Portal article.
