How to Power Cycle or Reset Your Cellular (LTE) Panic Button

In this article, you will learn how to power cycle and/or reset your cellular (LTE) panic button.

To complete this process, ensure the device is in an area with strong LTE coverage. We do recommend power cycling your devices periodically to ensure they are up to date.

1. Open the silicon cover on the bottom of the device to locate the power switch.
2. Move the power switch towards the charging port to turn it off and back to the on position to power it on.
3. If the device has any battery, it will start flashing white.
4. Upon successful connection, the button will display solid blue for 3 seconds.
5. Check the Portal to make sure the device is checked in.
