How to Login to the React Mobile Customer Portal

In this article, you will learn how to log in to the Customer Portal using either single sign-on authentication or by creating a password.

 

To Login Using Single Sign On (Recommended)

  1. To log in using SSO, select the provider your company uses for email security (options include: Microsoft, Github, Apple, or Google).
  2. Click the appropriate icon and you will be directed to the login flow for that provider.
  3. Use your standard log-in process and the same credentials as your company's provider, including any Two-Factor Authentication methods configured by your IT department.
  4. For all password resets and security issues related to SSO, please refer to your system administrator. Refer to the article What is Single Sign On Authentication? for additional assistance.

To Login by Creating a Password

  1. When a user is added to the Customer Portal with their email address, an automated email will be sent to them to log in to reset their password.
  2. If you do not receive an email, navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com), select "RESEND EMAIL" or "RESET or CREATE A PASSWORD" when prompted to choose a provider.
  3. From there, follow the prompts from the email to log in.
  4. Please note that there are several requirements when creating a password on the Customer Portal:
    1. Password must be a minimum of 12 characters long
    2. Password must contain uppercase and lowercase letters
    3. Password must contain a number or special character
