In this article, you will learn how to reset a third-party application (React Mobile) for single sign on (SSO).

Only users with Admin permissions can perform a reset. To change user permissions, refer to the How to Add, Edit and Remove Users article for assistance.

To Reset Single Sign On for a System User

  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login as an Admin.
  2. Select the "USERS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Select "EDIT" next to the users information that you would like to reset.
  4. Select "Reset SSO Provider" under the provider details for the user.
  5. If the user is currently logged in, they will need to log out. The next time the user logins, they will start the process outlined below to login with SSO.

To Login Using Single Sign On

  1. To login using SSO, select the provider your company uses for email security (options include: Microsoft, Github, Apple or Google).
  2. Click the appropriate icon and you will be directed to the login flow for that provider.
  3. Use your standard log-in process and the same credentials as your companies provider, including any Two-Factor Authentication methods configured by your IT department.
  4. For all password resets and security issues related, please refer to your system administrator. Refer to the article What is Single Sign On Authentication? for additional assistance.
