How to Integrate StayPineapple and React Mobile for Alert Sources

In this article, you will learn how to integrate React Mobile with StayPineapple on all of your alert sources or smart devices.

React Mobile Hospitality application can be used to locate team members during on active alert at StayPineapple properties.

In order for this integration to work, Smart Devices must be identified in StayPineapple network with their MAC Addresses and integration must be enabled on React Mobile Portal. Identified Smart Devices will locate the closest StayPineapple routers and update the alerts with router's location during an active alert.

You can contact your Customer Success Manager or support@reactmobile.com to confirm the integration. Please note that this requires involvement from property IT staff as well.

• Go to device settings and find the device Wi-Fi MAC address.
  • Make sure the device is using a STATIC address, not randomized.
  • Copy the device Wi-Fi MAC address.
• Register the device as an alert source by scanning the QR code found in the Portal.
  • Enter the name of the device (i.e. Housekeeper01).
  • Add a # symbol to the end of the name.
  • Paste the device Wi-Fi MAC address after the # symbol.
  • The final result should look like: Housekeeper01#58:24:29:e6:58:4b
• Fire a test alert with the device and verify that the device name and location is importing properly.
