In an emergency, you can receive alert notifications from the safety platform in four distinct ways. Each method is detailed below.
Notifications through the React Mobile Portal
- To receive notifications on the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com), you must be logged in to the Portal on a web browser.
- For the alerts to come through, the Portal must be open on one of the tabs on your desktop and notifications must be set to on through your web browser settings.

Push Notifications through the React Mobile Hospitality Application
- To receive notifications on the React Mobile Hospitality application, the application must be downloaded and set up on your smart device.

Text Message Notifications

- It is important to note that a user must subscribe to email notifications once they are set up in the system. To subscribe, they will need to opt in on the email sent to their email on file.
