How to Disable Email Notifications for Alerts

In this article, you will learn how to disable Email notifications for users in the Customer Portal.

Only Admins can edit existing users and disable email notifications for themselves or other users. To change user permissions, refer to the How to Add, Edit and Remove Users article for assistance.

To Disable Email Notifications

1.  Login to the React Mobile Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) as an Admin.
2. Select the "USERS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Determine the User who you would like to disable notifications for and select "Edit" to the right of their user information.
4. From the "Edit" screen, select "Unsubscribe from Email Alerts."
5. Select "Apply" to save changes.

To Confirm Email Notifications are Disabled

1. Login to the React Mobile Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) as an Admin.
2. Select the "RESPONDERS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
3. If a user has email notifications disabled, the space under the email column next to the specific responder will remain blank (as shown below).
