There are two different ways to access the mobile application:

• Login using the same email and password used to login to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com). Refer to How to Login to the React Mobile Customer Portal article for assistance.
• Login by scanning the QR code and setting up a smart devices as a responder. Refer to the How to Add Responder Devices article for assistance.

Device Requirements for Downloading the React Mobile Hospitality Application

• Android devices: 8.0 and up.
• Apple devices: iOS10 or later.
• Device settings must be configured as outlined below to operate the application:
  • Wi-Fi - On and connected to your internet network, during configuration and while in use
  • Bluetooth - On
  • Notifications - On
  • Locations Services - Enabled for “Always”
