In this article, you will learn what each health status indicates in the Customer Portal.
Examining the Health Status of Alerts
- Healthy (Green): Indicates the alert has been resolved.
- Moderate (Yellow): Indicates the alert is in progress and there is at least 1 active responder.
- Critical (Red): Indicates the alert is active and there are no active responders.
Examining the Health Status of Beacons
- Healthy (Green): Indicates 3 things: (1) the beacons battery life is greater than 40%; (2) the firmware version is up to date; (3) the beacon has checked in within the last 7 days.
- Moderate (Yellow): Indicates at least one of 2 things: (1) the beacons battery life is less than 40% and greater than 20%, OR (2) the firmware version is not up to date, AND the beacon has checked in within the last 7 days.
- Critical (Red): Indicates that the beacons battery life is below 20% OR the beacon has not checked in within the last 7 days.
Examining the Health Status of Devices (Panic Buttons)
- Healthy (Green): Indicates 3 things: (1) the buttons battery life is greater than 40%; (2) the firmware version is up to date; (3) the button has checked in within the last 2 hours.
- Moderate (Yellow): Indicates at least one of 3 things: (1) the button battery life is less than 40% and greater than 20%, OR (2) the firmware version is not up to date, OR (3) the alert source (device) has not checked in within the last 2 hours.
- Critical (Red): Indicates that the button's battery is below 20% OR the button has not checked in within the last 2 hours.
Examining the Health Status of Responders
- Healthy (Green): Indicates that push notifications are enabled through the React Mobile Hospitality application.
- Moderate (Yellow): Indicates that the responder only has SMS or email notifications set up.
- Critical (Red): Indicates that the user has no way of receiving the alerts.
