How to Add, Edit or Remove Users

In this article, you will learn how to add, edit or remove users in the Customer Portal.

Users with Admin roles can add, edit or remove other users from the Portal. 

Steps to Add a New User in Your Customer Portal:

1. Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login as an Admin.
2. Select the "USERS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Select "ADD USER" towards the top right of the screen.
4. Enter the e-mail address of the employee that you would like to grant access to the Portal. Note: it is required to add an email for all users.
5. Complete all remaining fields as desired.
6. Select the ROLE for this user. Refer to the article Understanding the User Role Types  for assistance.
7. Select "ADD USER."
8. The user will receive a "welcome" email from React Mobile and will be prompted to login using single sign-on (SSO) authentication or to create a password.

Steps to Edit an Existing User in Your Customer Portal:

1. Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login as an Admin.
2. Select the "USERS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Select "EDIT" to the right of the user whose information you would like to edit.
4. Edit all fields you would like to adjust. Note: you can not edit the email address. If you wish to change the email, you will need to remove the user entirely and add a new user. 
5. Select "APPLY" to save your changes.

Steps to Remove an Existing User in Your Customer Portal:

1. Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login as an Admin.
2. Select the "USERS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Select "REMOVE" next to the user that you would like to remove access from.
4. Confirm by clicking "REMOVE USER." Once confirmed, the user will lose access to the properties Customer Portal.
