How to Register a Cellular Panic Button to Your Property by Using the React Mobile Hospitality Application

    1. Login to the React Mobile Hospitality application from a smart device.
    2. After logging into the application, navigate to the "INFO" tab at the bottom of the screen.
    3. On the Info tab, under the "LTE Button Support" subsection, select "Scan LTE Buttons."
    4. See the middle photo below for the view that will open. Select "Scan for Code."
      • If requested, allow the application access to your camera.Registering_LTE_Button_2.0.jpg
    5. On the back of the device you wish to register, there is a 15 digit number called an IMEI, or a unique device identifier. Aim the mobile device camera at the label, and adjust its position until the whole number appears in focus on the screen to scan the ID in to the system.
    6. Once the ID has been scanned and entered into the app, select the field for "Button Name Label" and enter the name you wish to call the panic button. The device name will appear in active alerts.
      • It is important to ensure the device IMEI listed in the application matches the IMEI listed on the back of the button.
    7. Select "Register Button." A message will indicate the button has been registered successfully; tap on "Confirm" to exit the registration screen.
    8. The cellular button may now be viewed and edited in the Customer Portal.
