Understanding the Info Tab on the React Mobile Hospitality Application

In this article, you will learn what information the "INFO" tab displays on the React Mobile Hospitality Application for Administrators.

Device Info

• Current Org: The property to which your device is registered.
• Device Name: The name of your device. If your property uses HotSOS, Knowcross, or Pineapple integrations, it is critical that this device name matches the device name in the other application.
• App Version: A version number for the application itself, and the environment your application is configured to work in. 
• Build Version: In rare cases we may build patches that do not get their own version number, so we instead increment this build number to keep track of smaller changes.
• iOS or Android Version: The version of system software you are running on the device.
• Service Code: ????

LTE Button Support

• Scan LTE Buttons: This button allows you to register a new LTE/cellular panic button to the property. Refer to the How to Register a LTE/Cellular Panic Button Using the React Mobile Hospitality Application article for assistance.

Enrollment

• Select Org: If your account is associated with multiple properties, you will be able to toggle between the properties by selecting this option.
• Switch Role: This button allows you to toggle between different user types; an Alert Source or a Responder.
• Log Out: After selecting log out, a message will appear to confirm you want to reset your device. Click "confirm" if you would like to proceed.
