In this article, you will learn what information the "ALERTS" tab displays on the React Mobile Hospitality Application.

All users (except Portal Users) signed in to the application can access the alerts tab. To change user permissions or add users, refer to the How to Add, Edit and Remove Users article for assistance.

To view the alerts tab on the React Mobile Hospitality application, ensure you are logged in from your smart device and at the bottom of the screen, navigate to the "ALERTS" tab.

The "ALERTS" tab will provide key information when an active alert is in progress and also shows alert history from those alerts that were recently resolved.

Recently Resolved Alerts

At the bottom of this screen, you will be able to view the history of recent alerts. From the application, you can review the (10) most recent alerts. For more alert history, navigate to the Customer Portal on your web browser. From the application, you can tap on the historical alerts to examine the alert history including the motion of devices and notes about the alert entered by responders. In reviewing the alert history, you will be able to see who responded to the event and the reason for the resolution.

Active Alerts

If an alert is active, the screen will draw your attention to the active alert in red, and all active alerts will always be at the top of the page. There would also be a red icon indicating the number of alerts currently open above the "ALERTS" tab.

To respond to an alert, navigate to the open alert and select "I'll Respond." Refer to the article How to Respond to an Alert on the React Mobile Hospitality Application for further assistance.

It is important to note that if an alert is triggered from your smart device, you will not be able to respond to your own alert.
