Understanding the Press Patterns on the Cellular (LTE) Panic Button

In this article, you will learn how to activate a health check or initiate an alert on the cellular (LTE) panic button.

To Activate an Alert from the Cellular (LTE) Panic Button:

• Press the gray button in the middle of the device 3 times in rapid succession OR;
• Press and hold the gray button in the middle of the device for 3 seconds.

To Initate a Health Check from the Cellular (LTE) Panic Button:

• Press the gray button in the middle of the device 1 time. Do not hold the button or it will trigger an alert.
