In this article, you will learn how to trigger an alert from the React Mobile Hospitality Application.
How to Trigger an Alert on the React Mobile Hospitality Application
- Login to the React Mobile Hospitality application from a smart device.
- After logging into the application, from the Home page, select "Send Alert."
- The screen will change to show that the alert has been triggered (as shown in the right screenshot below).
- When a Responder begins to respond and acknowledge the alert, the screen will change to show that "Help Is On The Way."
- Once a Responder resolves the alert, the application will revert back to the main home screen (as shown in the left screenshot below)
It is important to note that you will not be able to trigger an alert and respond to the alert using the same smart device.
