How to Manage External Integrations (i.e. HotSos, KnowCross, etc.)

External integrations that React Mobiles safety platform currently partners with include the following housekeeping software solutions:

• HotSos
• KnowCross
• StayPineapple

The third-party integrations allow React Mobile to query the other applications used by housekeeping to provide the user name and current room assignment to the responders. Relying on the interface to provide the alert location details eliminates the needs for beacons.

To manage the integration, please connect your React Mobile representative with the representative for your housekeeping software solution. They will exchange technical details required to connect your systems. Once connected, your alerts will contain recent room assignments for the user who pressed the panic button.

Only React Mobile employees have access to configure the integration in the Portal. Once configured, these settings should not need to be updated. If you have a question or need to report an issue with your current integration, please reach out to support@reactmobile.com
