How to Revoke a User's Access to the Customer Portal

In this article, you will learn how to revoke a user's access to the Customer Portal.

Only users with Admin roles remove other users from the Portal. To change user permissions, refer to the How to Add, Edit and Remove Users article for assistance.

 

Steps to Remove an Existing User in Your Customer Portal:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login as an Admin.
  2. Select the "USERS" tab on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Select "REMOVE" next to the user that you would like to remove access from.
  4. Confirm by clicking "REMOVE USER." Once confirmed, the user will lose access to the properties Customer Portal.

Removing a user will automatically revoke their access to the React Mobile Hospitality application if they are signed in as a user.
