Understanding the Dashboard View and Health Indicators on the Customer Portal

In this article, you will learn what information the dashboard view on the Customer Portal displays.

In the dashboard view, you will be able to see an overview of each component of the React Mobile safety platform: Alerts, Devices, Responders and Beacons.

Each component has a color- and icon-coded system health status; the colors are red, yellow, and green with shapes inside the circle of “x”, “-”, and “✓” meaning, respectively: a problem with the system, a warning of a potential future problem, and/or no problems detected.

Along the left side of the home page is the navigation bar. The dashboard button simply returns you to the initial view. The next line allows you to search among your properties to find the one you want to examine in detail. The remaining options each allow you to examine more deeply the components of your system.
