In this article, you will learn how to access the React Mobile Customer Portal.
Users with Admin roles can add, edit or remove other users from the Portal. To change user permissions, refer to the How to Add, Edit and Remove Users article for assistance.
Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com).
In order to login to the React Mobile Customer Portal, you must have a user profile created by an Admin from your property or the React Mobile team. Once set up, an email will be sent to you to create your login information.
When logging in to the Portal, there are two options.
- Single Sign-On (SSO). To understand what SSO is, refer to the What is Single Sign On Authentication? article for assistance.
- Password.
For all password resets and security issues related, please talk to your system administrator.
