Not Receiving Alerts / Updates via SMS / Email
-Open the Dispatch Center and Log in with an Admin account, Click on the Enterprise Properties Tab.
-Check that Automatic Alert Forwarding is checked as “Enabled”, if it is not, Check the Box next to Enabled and then Click Submit to save your changes.
-Check to make sure that all of the active Email Addresses and Phone Numbers are present and do not contain any spelling mistakes or are missing any characters. If you do not see the email address or the phone number, click the “Add” button, add the desired contact, and make sure to click Submit to save your changes.
- All Phone Numbers Must Include the Plus Sign “+” and the Country Code’ (e.g. +1555551234), as well as the full 10 digit number, in order to receive Text Alerts.
-Clarify which contacts are not receiving alerts
-Delete and Re-add request Contacts then Click "Submit"
