- Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login.
Select the Devices tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the row for the React Mobile Nexus Device you would like to unregister. This will open a sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen.
In the sidebar, select Unregister Device.
- Click Confirm to proceed with unregistering the device.
- The device will be permanently removed from the portal. This action cannot be undone once confirmed.
