To access voice features on the React Mobile Application, you will have to be a User with a Voice License. If you are not a User with a Voice License, please reach out to your Admin about licensing your User. You can follow this link to learn more: Enabling a Voice License for a User.

  1. Open the React Mobile app and confirm you are on the Home tab.
  2. Select the “Tap to select home channel” option inside the Call Channel box.
  3. Select the channel you would like to set as your Home Channel. This will be the default, primary channel you will have voice communications with. Note: this option can always be changed later.
  4. Press and hold the PUSH TO TALK button to begin transmitting your voice message to your Home Channel. Remember to release the button when you are finished with your message.
