How to Send a Voice Message to the React Device Through the Application During an Alert

Mobile app users receive notifications for active alerts and can join the alert channel by tapping "I'll Respond." Once connected, users hear a "hot-mic" from the alert source and can interrupt it by pressing the Push To Talk (PTT) button to communicate. Releasing PTT resumes listening. Upon arrival, users can resolve the alert via the app.

When there is an active alert, Mobile App Users will receive a notification.
Tapping the notification (or in-app banner) will take the user to the Alerts tab.
Tapping "I'll Respond" will make the user a participant for this active alert, and the User will see the "Joining Channel" prompt.
After the User device successfully joins the alert channel, the user can begin hearing the "hot-mic" from the alert source device. In this state, the user can hear and understand the emergency.
After listening to the alert source, the user can interrupt the hot-mic(approximately every ~5 seconds) by pressing the PTT (Push To Talk) button.
This will interrupt the hot-mic, and the user can speak to the alert source as long as they press and hold down the PTT button (Transmitting).
Once the PTT button is released, the user will resume listening to the hot-mic from the alert device.
When the user arrives at the alert location, they can use the mobile application to resolve the alert.
