Steps to See Which Device is Currently Connected to a Channel via the Customer Portal:
- Navigate to the Customer Portal (https://portal.reactmobile.com) and login.
- Select the "Channels" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click "View" to see the devices that are assigned to that channel.
