Your React Devices are programmed to prioritize Wi-Fi usage. If for any reason they drop from a Wi-Fi network, they will switch back to LTE/Cellular automatically. 

Adversely, if they are on an LTE/Cellular network and find an available Wi-Fi network, they will switch to the Wi-Fi network automatically.
