Your devices are programmed to prioritize Wi-Fi usage. If for any reason they drop out of Wi-Fi Network, they will switch back to LTE automatically. 

If they are on LTE network and find an available Wi-Fi Network, they will switch to Wi-Fi Network and continue using Wi-Fi.
