How to Ensure Your Gateway is Online

In this article, we review how you can ensure your Gateway is Online.

All the Gateways must be configured by React Mobile. This step will be completed during the original installation or prior to shipment, if applicable. To activate a Gateway:

1. Power the device with the provided power cable and connect it your network via ethernet.
2. There are 3 lights that indicate the gateway is working as expected; Status, Power, and Lora. All three must be on to validate LoraWAN connection. 

If Status and Power lights are on but the Lora light is off, it indicates an issue with the network settings, reach out to your IT Team and support@reactmobile.com to confirm settings.
