In this article, you will learn more about the button status information shown on the Home page and Paired tab in the React Mobile Hospitality Application.
The button status displayed in the React Mobile Application only pertains to properties using our Bluetooth panic button (Sidekick) solution. All other panic button solutions offered at React Mobile do not require that they be connected to a smart device and thus, the button status on those solutions should always read "No button paired."
There are 3 statuses for Bluetooth panic buttons. These are:
- No button paired: Indicates device is not paired to and Sidekicks.
- Paired & connected: Indicates device is paired to a Sidekick AND Sidekick is connected to device successfully.
- Paired & disconnected: Indicates device is paired to a Sidekick BUT Sidekick is not connected to device. Usually happens when the Sidekick button is out of battery or not within Bluetooth range or device Bluetooth is disabled.
Every morning team members have to launch the React Mobile Hospitality application and confirm the Button Status is Paired & connected via application.
