In this article, you will learn to rename a beacon in the React Mobile Hospitality Application.

 

Users with Admin and Installer roles can rename beacons in the Mobile Application. To change user permissions, refer to the How to Add, Edit and Remove Users article for assistance.

 

How to Rename Beacons in the React Mobile Hospitality Application

  1. Login to the React Mobile Hospitality Application as an Admin or Installer.
  2. Select the “SCANNER” tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select the beacon you wish to rename.

  4. Upon Selecting the Beacon, edit the required information as needed.

  5. Select "Save Changes" under floor information before proceeding.
