Users with ADMIN roles can Add, Edit or Remove other users from the Portal.
To Add a New User to your Portal:
- Go to https://portal.reactmobile.com/ and login with an Admin User
- Go to USERS Tab
- Click ADD USER towards the top right side of the screen
- Enter the e-mail address you would like to add to the Portal
- Select the ROLE for this User
- Click on ADD USER
- The User will receive a "Welcome" message from React Mobile" and can login using SSO or non-SSO login.
To Edit an existing User in Portal:
- Go to https://portal.reactmobile.com/ and log in with an Admin User
- Go to USERS Tab
- Click on EDIT next to the User you would like to EDIT
- Select the new ROLE for the User
- Click APPLY
To Remove an existing User in Portal:
- Go to https://portal.reactmobile.com/ and log in with an Admin User
- Go to USERS Tab
- Click on REMOVE next to the User you would like to REMOVE
- Confirm by clicking REMOVE USER
- The USER will be removed and lose access to the Portal
