How to Add, Edit and Remove Users

Users with an ADMIN role can Add, Edit or Remove other users from the Portal. 

To Add a New User to your Portal:

  1. Go to https://portal.reactmobile.com/ and login with an Admin User
  2. Go to the USERS Tab
  3. Click ADD USER towards the top right side of the screen
  4. Enter the e-mail address you would like to add to the Portal
  5. Select the ROLE for this User
  6. Click on ADD USER
  7. The User will receive a "Welcome" email from React Mobile and can login using SSO or non-SSO login.

To Edit an existing User in Portal:

  1. Go to https://portal.reactmobile.com/ and log in with an Admin User
  2. Go to USERS Tab
  3. Click on EDIT next to the User you would like to EDIT
  4. Select the new ROLE for the User
  5. Click APPLY

To Remove an existing User in Portal:

  1. Go to https://portal.reactmobile.com/ and log in with an Admin User
  2. Go to USERS Tab
  3. Click on REMOVE next to the User you would like to REMOVE
  4. Confirm by clicking REMOVE USER
  5. The USER will be removed and lose access to the Portal
