Device Info - Mobile Apps

From the top, you will see several details about your device’s registration.

Current Org: the property to which your device is registered.

Device Name: the name of your device. If your property uses HotSOS, Knowcross, or Pineapple integrations, it is critical that this device name matches the device name in that other application!

App Version: a version number for the application itself, and the environment your application is configured to work in. For almost everyone, that is PRODUCTION.

Build Version: in rare cases we may build patches that do not get their own version number, so we instead increment this build number to keep track of the differences.

iOS or Android Version: the version of system software you are running on the device.
