Please connect your React Mobile representative with the representative for your housekeeping software solution. They will exchange technical details required to connect your systems. Once connected, your alerts will contain recent room assignments for the user who pressed the panic button.

 

Currently, only React Mobile employees have access to this area of the Portal. Once configured, these settings should not need to be updated. If you have a question or need to report an issue with your current integration, please reach out to support@reactmobile.com
