Clicking on “Devices” in the navigation bar brings you to the list of panic buttons.
Here you can find important details about the health of your panic buttons. The icon on the left indicates whether the device is in a Healthy, Warning, or Critical state. Hovering your mouse over an item shows a tooltip explanation for a warning or critical state. Usually this means that the device needs to be recharged. Click an item to examine detailed information about its condition.
These details are usually only required by React Mobile staff if something goes wrong with a device. For example, a device may have been stored in a dense metal container, or in a subterranean level and not able to connect to the cellular network, so we may ask to inspect the last known check-in time to help understand when the device stopped responding.
