Security Considerations

As we provide a cloud-hosted service, it will be important to discuss our application with your network security team. We require permission to perform the following operations:

1. Install the React Mobile Hospitality application onto mobile devices.
   This is required if you wish to use the mobile app for responders or to use BT panic buttons paired with smart devices.
2. Allow access to our portal site.
   The following URLs need to be permitted by your firewall:
   https://*.reactmobile.com/*
   https://*.reactmobile-infra.net/*
   https://*.pusher.com/*
3. Permit Single Sign-On (SSO) to our application. (OPTIONAL)
   This is very important to ensure that your IT staff remain in control of password security policy as well as control of who can access our product. In the past, we provided separate login credentials for each user. This was very convenient but created problems when users separated from the team.
