The alerts history is easy to access. Click on any item to see how it happened. When an alert is active, click on it to enter notes, mark the time someone arrived at the incident, close the alert, and select a reason for closing which helps us gather crucial data in the long term. We recommend that you fire one alert each day on the property, to keep the system running smoothly and train the users to respond quickly.
