Beacons Tab in Portal

Use the beacons tab to inspect your system for out-of-date firmware, battery life, and recent check-ins. When a device has a problem with any of these, it will be displayed as a warning or error condition. Hovering your mouse over the item will reveal a tool tip describing what changes are required.

Healthy Beacons:

• Greater than 40% battery
• Last checked in within 7 days
• Up to date with the latest firmware version

Moderate Beacons:

• Battery level between 20% and 40%
• Last checked in within 7 days
• May have an older firmware version

Critical Beacons:

• Less than 20% battery
• May not have checked in within 7 days
• Outdated firmware version
