We provide two types of panic buttons: Bluetooth (BT) buttons to pair with your smart device, and stand-alone cellular (LTE) buttons. Their purpose is the same, but they use very different paths to get the alert reported to our service. When pressed, either for a three second hold or three times in three seconds, they activate an alert. When the alert has been received by our service, the light begins to flash red on and off. After a responder agrees to help, the light changes to flash blue and red. Users with different color sensitivity will see this as a solid light.

  • Bluetooth (BT) panic buttons

These buttons require a smart device already configured for your property. When pressed, either for a three second hold or three times in three seconds, they activate the app to begin tracking the device’s position and to report that periodically to responders.

  • Cellular LTE panic buttons

These buttons work without a smart device. They have an unlocked SIM card that works with every carrier and chooses the best signal strength. Carrier fees are included with your subscription. When pressed, they establish an internet connection and send periodic location updates to help responders track your motion.
